About this role
We're looking for a Chief Growth Officer to lead sales and drive revenue growth. You'll build and scale the sales organization, define go-to-market strategy, and expand our customer base.
You'll work with the executive team to set sales targets, build the sales team, develop sales processes, and drive customer acquisition. This role is critical as we scale our payment infrastructure and expand into new markets and customer segments.
You'll own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and pipeline management to closing enterprise deals. You'll also work with marketing on demand generation, partnerships, and customer success to ensure growth and retention.
What we're looking for
- 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, including VP of Sales, CRO, or CGO roles at high-growth B2B SaaS or fintech companies
- Proven track record of building and scaling sales teams from early stage to significant revenue ($10M+ ARR)
- Experience selling to enterprise customers in fintech, payments, or financial services
- Strong background in developing and executing go-to-market strategies
- Experience with sales operations, CRM systems, and sales analytics/metrics
- Ability to hire, train, and manage high-performing sales teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to sell to C-level executives
- Strategic thinker with the ability to balance short-term revenue goals with long-term growth
- Experience with partnerships, channel sales, and strategic alliances
- Knowledge of payment processing, fintech, or financial services industry
- Data-driven approach to sales with experience using metrics to optimize performance
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
