About this role
We're looking for a Chief Financial Officer to lead finance, accounting, and strategic planning. You'll manage financial operations, guide fundraising, and support growth as we scale globally.You'll work with the executive team to set financial strategy, manage capital allocation, oversee compliance and risk, and build the finance function. This role is critical as we expand our payment infrastructure and enter new markets.
What we're looking for
- 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including CFO or senior finance roles at high-growth fintech or payments companies
- Experience with fundraising, investor relations, and managing board relationships
- Strong background in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
- Deep understanding of financial regulations, compliance, and risk management in the payments/fintech industry
- Experience managing finance teams and building scalable finance operations
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial information to executives, board members, and investors
- CPA, MBA, or equivalent advanced degree preferred
- Experience with international operations and multi-currency financial management
- Knowledge of payment processing economics, interchange, and financial services business models
