Brand Guidelines

These guidelines help ensure consistent and proper use of the Anton Payments brand, logo, and trademarks. Please review these guidelines before using our brand assets.

1. Trademark Usage Terms

The Anton Payments name, logo, and all related trademarks, service marks, and trade names are the exclusive property of Anton Payments, Inc. and are protected by trademark laws and other intellectual property laws.

Permitted Uses:

  • Referencing Anton Payments as a service provider or partner in business communications
  • Using our logo to indicate integration with or use of Anton Payments services
  • Including our logo in partner directories, case studies, or press releases (with prior written approval)
  • Educational or informational purposes that accurately represent our services

Prohibited Uses:

  • Using our trademarks in a way that suggests endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation without our written permission
  • Modifying, distorting, or altering our logos or trademarks in any way
  • Using our trademarks as part of your own product or service name
  • Registering or attempting to register our trademarks as your own
  • Using our trademarks in a way that is misleading, defamatory, or disparaging
  • Using our trademarks in connection with illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Removing or obscuring trademark notices or attributions

2. Logo

Our logo consists of a distinctive mark (icon) and the wordmark "Anton Payments." The logo should always be used in its approved forms and should never be modified, distorted, or altered.

2.1 Full Logo (Mark + Wordmark)

The full logo combines our mark with the wordmark. This is the preferred version for most use cases.

2.2 Mark Only (Icon)

The mark (icon) can be used independently when space is limited or when the full logo has already been established in the context.

2.3 Logo Variations

Our logo is available in the following variations:

  • Full Color: Standard logo for light backgrounds
  • White: For use on dark backgrounds
  • Monochrome: Single-color version for limited color applications

3. Logo Usage Guidelines

3.1 Clear Space

Maintain clear space around the logo equal to at least the height of the letter "A" in the wordmark. This ensures the logo has proper breathing room and maintains visual impact.

3.2 Minimum Size

The full logo should never be displayed smaller than 120px wide (or 34px tall) to ensure readability and clarity.

3.3 Do's

  • Use the logo in its approved colors and formats
  • Maintain proper clear space around the logo
  • Use high-resolution versions for print materials
  • Ensure the logo is clearly visible against its background
  • Use the full logo when space permits

3.4 Don'ts

  • Don't rotate, skew, or distort the logo
  • Don't change the colors of the logo
  • Don't add effects like shadows, outlines, or gradients
  • Don't place the logo on busy or cluttered backgrounds
  • Don't use outdated or modified versions of the logo
  • Don't separate the mark from the wordmark (unless using mark-only version)
  • Don't recreate or redraw the logo

4. Typography

Our primary typeface is Switzer, a modern, clean sans-serif font that reflects our brand's professionalism and approachability.

4.1 Primary Font: Switzer

Switzer is available from Fontshare. We use the following weights:

  • Regular (400): Body text and general content
  • Medium (500): Subheadings and emphasis
  • Semibold (600): Headings and important text
  • Bold (700): Strong emphasis and display text

4.2 Font Usage

When creating materials that reference Anton Payments, you may use Switzer to maintain visual consistency. However, you are not required to use our font for your own branding or materials.

Web Font: Switzer can be loaded via Fontshare or Google Fonts for web use.

Our color palette reflects our brand identity and should be used consistently across all materials.
